Sources say that with the implementation of the amendment ordinance, the proceedings of the judiciary will be available to the public, while the purpose of bringing the ordinance is to bring transparency in the judicial process.

Sources say that improvements are being made in the committee to ensure that cases are heard and disposed of on merit. According to the amendment ordinance, the Chief Justice can nominate the honorable judge as a committee member in case of non-availability of a member.

A committee was constituted under the Practice and Procedure Act 2023, many times no member of the committee is available which causes problems.

Sources also say that under the new amendment ordinance, the Chief Justice can nominate a respected judge as a member of the committee in case of non-availability of a member.

In the next 45 days we will see the end of the government, Fawad Chaudhry.

ISLAMABAD: Former minister Fawad Chaudhry has claimed that the end game of the government has started, the government will be seen to end in the next 45 days.

According to the details, former minister Fawad Chaudhry while talking to the media said that Pakistan has been divided, knowledge and intellect can compete with those with knowledge and intellect.

The former minister said that all the policies of the government are brutal and fascism, they do not run the country with this kind of policy, they kill someone every day, the government group went and killed the Supreme Court.

He said that Bilawal used to pretend to be victorious, now they are saying that we do not know about the amendments, they are saying to pass the amendments but no one will read them, all the problems are due to not accepting the election results.

The former minister announced his support to the lawyers' convention and said that the powers of the Supreme Court cannot be reduced.

He claimed that the end game of the government has started, in the next 45 days the government will be seen swinging, the wall of sand is yet to be given a final push.

Regarding the constitutional amendments, he further said that the only purpose of the constitutional amendments is to establish a new PCO in the country, which Parvez Musharraf has done through Iftikhar Chaudhry and wants to do it through the parliament.

Part of the manifesto is to make the judiciary so strong that the people get immediate justice, Bilawal

Chairman Pakistan People's Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that part of my manifesto is to make the judiciary so strong that the people get immediate justice.

Bilawal said that no one will respect the judiciary more than us. Unfortunately, today's judiciary gets caught up in political issues and people do not get justice. They have to explain to their lawyers that once again in the black coat of PPP Gotta get out.

Our war should not be such that the democratic constitutional struggle is damaged, I know that lawyers will be used for their own purposes, there will be a handshake somewhere, I want lawyers to use their minds and I can also understand them.

Chairman PP said that we were able to move forward only because of the hard work of the lawyers. The people of Pakistan have been harmed by politics.

He said that some people think that the Chief Justice will raise slogans of Tere Jansar, these are the same people who passed the 19th Amendment and now they are refusing, we want the lawyers to be strong and they also have a voice.

Bilawal Bhutto said that we want lawyers to include their voice in the appointment of judges, it should not be the case that one person sits and decides who will be the judge, we want lawyers to be involved in the process of appointing judges.

I will stick to the promise made by Shaheed Benazir, I will not back down! Chairman PP.

PP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that he will stick to the promise made by Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and will not back down.

Former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto made it clear that we will not go back from the promises we made according to the Charter of Democracy, we have to follow the Charter of Democracy and give immediate justice to the people.

We have to decide or ask whether we are satisfied with the existing judicial system or not, if we are satisfied with the existing judicial system, then it is good, if we are not satisfied with the existing judicial system, then there is nothing wrong in having a constitutional court.

We have to correct the judicial system and give immediate justice to the people of Pakistan, thankfully, after 50 years, the judgment was given that the judicial proceedings against Bhutto were one-sided, I am grateful to the entire bench including Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah.

If you are related, then you will become a judge, otherwise you will go and go to the judiciary.

An attempt was made to correct this practice in the 18th amendment. Benazir Bhutto demanded transparency in the process of appointing judges. Expecting Politics from the Judiciary Will Ultimately Undermine the Public's Welfare. We brought back democracy by ending the dictatorship.

PP lawyers played a leading role during every dictatorship, democracy was restored after Zia's dictatorship due to People's Lawyers Forum, Musharraf's dictatorship was defeated due to your struggle.

If you can create a constitutional court in the federation, why can't you create a separate court after consultation in the provinces? At the provincial level, after consulting the high court judges and lawyers, if not now, you can go ahead and create a separate court.

We have a coalition government and we have a coalition government, I think there should be separate constitutional courts in the provinces as well, isn't it appropriate that there should be a separate bench or court for those 50% of the cases that take 90% of the time.

In the case of theft and murder, will people have to wait 50-50 years, will we stand with our hands folded and say yes my lord, the people have elected us and empowered us, so we cannot stand with our hands folded. It took 50 years to seek justice for Zulfiqar Bhutto.

Petition to stop PTI rally, court angry with petitioner.

A hearing was held in the High Court on the application to stop the meeting of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to be held in Lahore, in which an interesting dialogue was witnessed.

Justice Ali Zia Bajwa said that the application should be dismissed with a fine of one lakh rupees, you withdraw this application or decide it on merit.

The bench headed by Justice Farooq Haider heard the petition of the citizen while the court disposed of the petition on the basis of withdrawal.
