Arrest from Parliament House challenged in Islamabad High Court.
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Zain Qureshi has challenged
his arrest from Parliament House in the Islamabad High Court.
Zain Qureshi's application has been fixed for hearing tomorrow with
objections, Chief Justice Amir Farooq will hear Zain Qureshi's application
tomorrow, PTI leader has filed the application through lawyer Taimur Malik and
Faiza Asad Malik.
It has been argued in the petition that the arrest of Zain Qureshi is in
violation of Article 10A, the petitioner was illegally arrested from inside the
Parliament House.
Kidnapping of parliamentarians is a direct attack on the sovereignty and
sanctity of the legislature, illegal arrest is a direct attack on the dignity,
sanctity, sovereignty and security of Parliament.
The petition filed in the court stated that the arrest of the petitioner
is completely contrary to the established norms and procedures, calling the
September 10 arrest of Zain Qureshi illegal and seeking an order for his
immediate release.
The Ministry of Interior, Commissioner VIG Islamabad and Secretary
National Assembly have been made parties in the petition. In the petition, the
parties have been requested to order an investigation into the illegal arrest
of Zain Qureshi.
Important progress in the Tosha Khana 2 case against PTI founder Bushra Bibi.
ISLAMABAD: Important progress has
been made in the Tosha Khana 2 case against former Prime Minister and founder
of PTI and Bushra Bibi.
Sources told ARY News that a decision
was taken to change the judge on the request of Special Judge Central Amjad
Iqbal Ranjha, who is hearing the case, now session judge Shahrukh Arjumand will
hear the case in his place.
Special Judge Central Amjad Iqbal
Ranjha had written a letter to the Islamabad High Court and informed that he
could not continue the Special Judge Central services due to personal reasons,
so these services should be returned to the Lahore High Court.
Earlier, the Federal Investigation
Agency (FIA) formed a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to probe the Tosha Khana
Two case against founder PTI and Bushra Bibi.
Sources told that the three-member
JIT summoned PTI founder on September 16 and obtained all the records of the
case from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Sources said that NAB also briefed
the JIT on the case. If founder PTI is not produced, JIT will go to Adiala Jail.

Bulgari Company had sold necklaces,
earrings to Franchise Solvent Trading Saudi Arabia, on May 25, 2018, necklaces
were sold for 300,000 euros, earrings for 80,000 euros, but information about
the price of bracelets and rings could not be obtained from the company.
The total cost of the jewelery set is
about 7 crore 56 lakh 61 thousand 600 Pakistani rupees. The price of the
necklace included in the set is 5 crore 64 lakh 96 thousand rupees, while the
price of the earrings included in the jewelery set is 1 crore 50 lakh 65
thousand 600 rupees.
According to Toshah Khana Rules, by
paying 50%, the price of the set becomes 3 crore 57 lakh 65 thousand 800
rupees. A loss of 3 crore 28 lakh 51 thousand 300 rupees was caused to the
national exchequer by charging a low price of the seat.
Founder PTI along with wife violated
Section 9, Sub-section 3, 4, 6 and 12 of NAB Ordinance 1999. After the board
meeting on August 1, 2022, the inquiry started on the directives of Chairman
NAB. Founder PTI and Bushra Bibi misused their powers. He retained 58 out of
108 gifts during his tenure as Prime Minister.

Parliament Becomes a Joke Under Current Government.
Islamabad: PTI Member of National
Assembly Aamir Dogar says that Parliament has been made a joke by this fascist

He demanded that the chairmanship of
the parliamentary affairs committee should be given to the opposition.
It should be noted that Speaker
National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq had formed an 18-member parliamentary committee yesterday,
the notification of which was also issued.
The committee will work to conduct
the affairs of the Parliament in a better manner.
The committee includes Ishaq Dar,
Khawaja Asif, Naveed Qamar, Khurshid Shah, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Syed Aminul

parliamentary committee also includes Akhtar Mengal, Ejazul Haq, Khalid Hussain
